Question time – Front door manners

Can you help me with how to stop Skye going mental when someone comes to the front door please??!!

When she hears the knock, she runs mental barking to the door, then when I open it, I hold her as she want to jump all over whoever it is! As we are a business, I have lots of deliveries in the day and I need to sort it!! She does it with love, not to attack anyone!! She barks and runs to the phone when that rings too!!
